Owner Carrie Harris started Medical Billing Solutions, Inc. in 1993 (then Medical Billing Solutions for Physicians) after working for an Internal Medicine doctor for 2 years as the billing coordinator. To prepare for this transition, she also worked for 2 medical billing companies.

 

While working as a billing coordinator, Carrie quickly saw how offices can lose track of billing issues, with the end result being no payment to the physician. Carrie started the business with the intention of taking the hassles of billing out of physicians offices so they can focus on patient care, while MBS, Inc. focuses on the billing portion. MBS, Inc. knows what it takes to get physicians paid for the services they provide. 

 

Many of Medical Billing Solutions, Inc.'s clients have been with the company for over 10 years. We have grown primarily through word of mouth due to our honest approach and good work ethics. Additionally, our clients are pleased because we save them on administrative costs while maximizing their reimbursements and increasing their cash flow.
